These terms apply to your use of the Lofty Cleans website and to enquiries and quotations for window and exterior cleaning services.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Service descriptions are general guidance rather than a guarantee that a particular property, surface or roof can be cleaned in a particular way.

Quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any quotation is based on the information you provide and may be revised after the property is assessed. Work is agreed in writing or verbally before it starts.

Suitability and results

Not every surface or roof is suitable for every cleaning method. Cleaning results depend on the material, its age and its condition. We do not promise complete stain removal or permanent prevention of moss, algae or weed growth.

Access and preparation

Please provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned, including gates, water supply where agreed, and clear parking or working space. Vehicles, furniture and loose items should be moved where possible before we arrive.

Cancellation and weather

Work may be rescheduled where weather or site conditions make cleaning unsafe or ineffective. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change an arranged date.

Payment
